The Pavilion at Pacific Lakes Village

The Pavilion at Pacific Lakes Village is the social and cultural heart of a growing retirement community in Pāpāmoa, one of the largest community facilities of its kind in New Zealand.

Positioned beside the village lakes, the building was shaped by a research-led process that acknowledges the maunga and Mangatawa Marae, reinforcing relationships between people, whenua, water and sky. Inside, Space Studio has created an interior of exposed glulam timber and natural stone, warm, generous spaces designed for people to gather and stay.

The DEDON MBRACE Armchair by Sebastian Herkner brings its signature organic form and handwoven DEDON Fiber to the space, a multiple-award-winning collection beloved for its blend of craftsmanship, comfort and adaptability.
