Delivery lead times

You may be aware of potential supply chain challenges as a result of the current Red Sea Crisis.  This is creating more variability around order delivery dates.

Unfortunately some matters are out of our hands, but please know that we work very closely with our valued network of suppliers monitoring shipments to ensure  delivery to our clients with minimum delay. 

Shipping information

We provide delivery throughout New Zealand through our network of preferred delivery partners.

Where possible, deliveries can include assembly and placement of goods and removal of rubbish.

Frequently Asked Questions

When will I know my goods are to be delivered?

Once your order has been assigned to one of our delivery partners, they will contact you directly to organise a suitable delivery day and time window. Please contact us at myorder@dawsonandco.nz or on (09) 476 1121 if you require any update on your delivery's progress.

The carrier or delivery company will text to confirm availability on the day of delivery.
