Designed by Paul Odekerken, BASTIA appears airy and weightless. A near-invisible base lifts the form just off the surface, allowing a fine line of light to be suggested beneath. The profile tapers gently toward a level rim, while the terracotta surface is softly brushed to create a fine tactile grain. Developed with a dense clay body, BASTIA is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. Offered in a considered palette of matte finishes, it delivers a refined illusion of lightness.
